What is Whimseybox?
Whimseybox is a subscription service for sampling craft products. Every month you’ll receive 4-5 craft product samples in the mail every month for just $15. There’s no contract and you can cancel at any time. We also offer annual subscriptions and 3, 6 and 12 month gift subscriptions. Every package is treated like a gift and carefully packaged into our signature collectible organizational box.
How do I choose what is in my box?
Well, you don’t! We use the information you shared in your user profile to select a variety of fun products to inspire you.
Where do you ship? How much does it cost?
Whimseybox is currently only available in the U.S. (Sorry international friends!)
Your Whimseybox subscription price includes shipping. There is never an additional fee for shipping your box.
All boxes are shipped via USPS or FedEx. If you haven’t received your box, please contact us and we’ll be happy to check the tracking for you.
Can I give Whimseybox as a gift?
Yes! Whimseybox makes a great gift and is available for 3, 6 and 12 month terms.

I requested an invite but haven’t been able to sign up and pay yet! What’s going on?
We’re sorry for the delay- we aren’t trying to be exclusive but the demand for Whimseyboxes has been huge since our December 2011 launch. We’re working hard to get boxes to everyone who is interested and send more invites out almost every week. Once you get an email invitation to join you’ll be able to see how to sign up and submit your payment information.
I paid a few weeks ago. When will I get my first box?
We are currently building a system that will dramatically improve our email communication and notify you with tracking information every time your box is shipped but it’s not ready quite yet. Boxes ship mid-month and in general if you paid on the 16th of the month or later your first box will be the following month. So, for example, your January 16th payment is for a February box.
