Featured Community Projects: A Patriotic Pooch and Paper Pyrotechnics

Don’t put away that red white and blue just yet. These featured projects are extending the national celebration to include July 14th, Bastille Day.

Sing it with me now!

“When the beating of your heart echoes the beating of the drum. There is a life about to start, when tomorrow comes”

“Cause baby you’re a firework! Come on show ‘em what your worth!”

Anyone feeling a Jean Valjean/Katy Perry mash up? No?! Tough crowd.

No Sew Bastille Day Bandana No_Sew_Bandana_06

Let’s start this week’s Featured Community with this handsome devil. You may be thinking that red, white and blue is passé now that July 4th is over, but this petit chien is patriotic in his own right. Being a French Bulldog with Bastille day approaching, he couldn’t be more chic. Ooh La La! Can’t you just see him strutting down the Champs-Elysees?

Origami Fireworks

image These paper explosions are perfect for any celebration. With only 12 squares of origami paper and some easy to follow instructions you will have party decor that really pops! True to the tradition of origami, there is no scissors or glue necessary. Just lots of folds.

“Make em go oh Oh OH!”

Show us your true colors and post your latest creations here on our projects page.
