Whimseykids: Arrow Baby Blanket

We found this DIY for an Arrow Baby Blanket using DecoArt’s Ink Effects and thought Heather was so clever for creating a design in Photoshop, printing it and then painting the paper. I think even I could handle that! She was reluctant to paint at first but mention she was “blown away” by the results. We are, too!
